Vinavo · Promoter Playbook

Bring Vinavo into the lives of students who can benefit from it.

Vinavo is built for students preparing for Nepal's medical entrance examination. Your role isn't to become a salesperson or explain every feature — you know your students, your audience, and how they communicate better than anyone else. Use this playbook to build your own promotion, in your own voice, through whatever channel works best.

Promoters know their students. Vinavo provides the tools and ideas to help them introduce Vinavo naturally.

How It Works

Three roles. One handoff.

You don't carry the whole journey — you start it. Vinavo and the student take it from there.

Give students a reason to care, introduce Vinavo as the place to do it, send them to the landing page, mention your code if it's relevant, then let them explore, practice, and decide on their own timeline — no pressure needed.

Promotion Ideas

Don't explain everything. Give students a reason to check it out.

Vinavo has many parts — chapter practice, performance tracking, mocks, PYQs. You don't need to explain all of them every time. Start with whatever's relevant to the students in front of you, then send them to Vinavo. These are starting points, not scripts to repeat word-for-word.

Full Mock

Test Your CEE Preparation

A full 200-question CEE mock with real exam timing and negative marking.

Starting point

“Take a full 200-question CEE mock with real exam timing and negative marking.”

What Vinavo offers

  • 180-minute exam timing
  • +1 for a correct answer, −0.25 for an incorrect one
  • Full five-subject distribution — Physics 50, Chemistry 50, Botany 40, Zoology 40, MAT 20

Why students may care

  • Checking overall preparation
  • Testing exam readiness
  • Simulating the actual CEE
  • Preparing for the pressure of a full exam
  • Finding out where they currently stand

Example: “If you want to know where you actually stand before CEE, you can take a full 200-question mock on Vinavo with 180-minute timing and the same +1/−0.25 marking system.”

Mini & Half Mock

Test Without the Full Mock

Not every student wants to sit for a 200-question, three-hour exam right away. Mini and Half Mocks are smaller stages of the same progression.

Starting point

“Test your preparation with 50Q and 100Q timed mocks without taking a full 200Q test.”

What Vinavo offers

  • Mini Mock — 50 questions, 40 minutes
  • Half Mock — 100 questions, 90 minutes
  • The same testing progression as the Full Mock, just shorter

Why students may care

  • Shorter tests
  • Regular testing
  • Don't have time for a full mock
  • Not ready for a full simulation yet
  • Gradually building toward full exam simulation

These aren't simply “speed tests” — they're smaller stages of exam testing. A student can start with a Mini Mock, move to a Half Mock, and eventually take the Full CEE Mock.

Chapter Practice

Practice Specific Chapters

Sometimes students already know what they need to work on. Vinavo lets them navigate Subject → Chapter → Topic and practice exactly that.

Starting point

“Practice the chapters you need to work on and focus on your weak areas.”

What Vinavo offers

  • Navigation through Subject → Chapter → Topic
  • Performance information that helps identify areas of repeated mistakes

Why students may care

  • Weak chapters
  • Difficult topics
  • Chapter-wise preparation
  • Focused revision
  • Would rather practice than take another full mock

Example: “If you're struggling with a particular chapter, you don't have to solve random questions. You can go directly to that chapter on Vinavo and practice it.”

PYQs

Practice CEE PYQs

A PYQ-based mock system — students filter by year and by subject/chapter mapping.

Starting point

“Practice CEE PYQs by year and chapter through mock tests.”

What Vinavo offers

  • PYQ filters organized by previous CEE exams and their subject/chapter mapping
  • Accessed through the mock-test system — not a separate chapter-practice mode

Why students may care

  • Previous-year questions
  • Questions that have actually appeared in CEE
  • Previous exam patterns
  • Year-wise PYQ practice
  • Subject/chapter-based PYQ mock sets

Important: PYQ sets live inside the mock-test experience — don't describe them as a separate chapter-practice mode.

Free Practice

Start Before You Pay

Some students are interested but don't want to pay immediately — that's okay. Free practice and Guest Practice let them experience Vinavo first.

Starting point

“Start chapter-wise CEE practice for free.”

What Vinavo offers

  • Free chapter-wise practice
  • Guest Practice — try the interface before creating an account

Why students may care

  • Unsure about trying a new platform
  • Don't want to pay immediately
  • Want to see how Vinavo works first
  • Ask whether they can try it first
  • Comparing preparation resources

The goal isn't to force a purchase — it's to get them to experience Vinavo. “You can try Vinavo's free practice before deciding whether you want to upgrade.”

Where You Promote

Public reach, or one student at a time.

Same ideas, two contexts. Public promotion speaks to a broader audience; direct promotion lets you make the message personal to one student. Neither is a required script.

Any time you're speaking to multiple students

  • Live classes
  • Classroom discussions
  • Social media posts or stories
  • Student groups
  • Videos
  • Community discussions

The basic idea: find something students care about → introduce Vinavo → give them a reason to try it → provide the link. Mention your promoter code if it fits naturally.

Know Vinavo

Enough to promote it confidently — not the whole platform.

You don't need to reproduce the Vinavo landing page. This is the shape of what the product does, so you can speak about it with confidence.

01

Practice

Chapter and topic practice, navigated Subject → Chapter → Topic.

02

Measure

Accuracy, response time, and attempts are tracked as students practice.

03

Identify

Performance patterns surface the chapters and topics where mistakes repeat.

04

Improve

Students go back and practice those specific weak areas.

05

Test

Mini → Half → Full Mock — the same progression, at increasing scale.

Student Questions

You're not Vinavo's customer support.

You may still get questions after introducing Vinavo. If you've explored the platform yourself, share your genuine experience — that's usually more useful than a long sales explanation.

Your role

Share your experience.

Vinavo's role

Explain the product and handle the student journey.

Example response

“I've checked the platform myself. You can try the free practice first and see if it helps you.”

Or, in your own words: “I've explored it myself. Try the free practice first and decide for yourself.”

If it's something you don't know the answer to, direct the student to the appropriate Vinavo support channel rather than guessing.

Final Principles

Use the ideas. Understand the product. Speak in your own voice.

The playbook provides the building blocks. You decide how to communicate them.

Tone

Keep it natural

You don't have to sound like an advertisement. Students pay more attention when Vinavo is introduced as something relevant to their preparation, not a list of features to remember.

“Vinavo is an innovative personalized medical entrance preparation platform featuring advanced performance intelligence…”
“If you want to test yourself with a full CEE mock, you can try Vinavo.”

Credibility

Don't promise what you can't guarantee

Avoid promises about a student's future result. Describe what the platform actually provides — your credibility matters more than the close.

“Vinavo will guarantee you a good rank.” “You'll definitely get selected.”
“You can practice chapter-wise and test your preparation through timed mocks.”

Mindset

You don't need to convince everyone

Some students will be interested. Some won't. That's normal. Your goal is to make the right students aware — and give them an easy way to explore.

One Last Principle

You bring the student.
Vinavo takes it from there.

The promoter introduces Vinavo. Vinavo explains the product. The student explores it. The student decides.
